Zebra undertook the entire construction phase for a developer who bought a ruined building and wanted to transform it into a high-end property. Zebra excavated the garden to create a large basement to include two large bedrooms with lightwells & bathroom. Zebra built a large rear extension over the basement with full wrap-around side return. Further works included loft work, a roof terrace, garden works, cleaning & re-pointing of the external brickwork. Internally Zebra installed three bathrooms, designer kitchen, underfloor heating throughout, bespoke joinery and bespoke lighting layout. Total internal living area added was over 1,000sqft which more than doubled the size of the property and increased the value from £500k to £1.8m.
