Zebra were contracted to complete the works on a full house renovation of a Grade II listed property after the original builders went bust. Works included extensive finishing of the lower ground floor, some finishes throughout the rest of the property as well as the rear of the garden. The lower ground floor is a modern open plan, with a more traditional feel to the ground, first and second floor. Main work included: Tanking; Insulation; Screed; Tiling which matches the rear garden for a continuous effect; Stud partitions; First Fix; Plaster; Decoration; Large bespoke sliding door; Three Selo flush door floor to ceiling; 2nd fix; Roof light; completed with a kitchen from Blakes of London.
