RICS confident on continued sales increase over England and Wales in coming quarter

The Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has stated that the property industry is now more confident that sales will rise across England and Wales in the coming quarter than at any point since its poll began in 1999.
A net balance of 45% more respondents in England and Wales predicted property sales would increase in the coming three months, illness this is an increase from 36 per cent in May and the most positive reading since the poll began. 23% more respondents reported that they expected prices to rise rather than fall over the coming three months.
Twenty one per cent more respondents reported prices increased rather than fell in June – this is the strongest reading since January 2010.
This is good news for the UK and will only strengthen demand for properties in London.
