Zebra were contracted by a private developer, who provided design input, for this Grade 2 listed 4 bedroom Georgian home renovation.
This was a major extension and refurbishment project which included a basement extension to the rear, creating an additional snug with natural light pouring in through the 2 walk on rooflights and sliding doors to the rear, a new mansard roof extension to form an additional ensuite bedroom, a 2 storey rear extension and outrigger addition, as well as a full refurbishment throughout.
All Heritage elements in the property were sympathetically restored/retained in line with Conservation Officer requests, including Sash Windows (using Heritage glazing to replace any
damaged panes), external Cornice and brick/stucco restoration.
The project included a number of bespoke installations, including high specification bespoke joinery throughout and a stunning 2 storey curtain wall which can be admired from the immaculate landscaped garden.
All rooms are equipped with Rako controlled lighting and the home has been fitted with smart home automation ensuring ease of control and security of the property.
