Zebra have entered into a Joint-Venture Development with a private landowner to build an ultra-modern and luxurious c.3000sqft home on Mallinson Road. The site was formerly a coach house but lay vacant for a number of years following demolition.

In conjunction with Granit Architects, Planning Permission has been obtained for a 5-bedroom new-build spread over four floors. Excavation of a two-level basement and the formation of ground/upper ground floors will house all of the bedrooms and a generous home gym. The upper two floors will provide spacious living areas with extensive glazing to give a bright and airy feel. To crown the property, permission for a roof terrace will provide private outdoor space and stunning vistas. This interesting “upside down” design concept takes advantage of the building’s height to give the best views from the main living quarters.

Through collaborative work between builders, architects and Mesh Energy Consultants we hope to take advantage of modern technologies such as Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels to provide a future-proofed home that’s both efficient and pleasing to the eye.
