Working for a high-end Malaysian developer, Zebra transformed a five-story office block into four high-end residential flats with a GDV of £12m. The development comprised three x 2 bed flats and one x 3 bed double floor flat. The emphasis within the project was to ensure, where possible, that the character of the building was retained – as such, the choice of final fix materials had to be
spot on. This had to be matched with all the modern facilities to match the quality of the building and design. As well as a lift which included a system which allowed doors opening directly into each apartment, there was an elegant modern Helical staircase, substantial M&E package, including Ventilation system, increased water pressure, power capacity, bespoke fireplaces and installation
of designer lighting, kitchens and bathrooms throughout.
