Designed by architect Christian Clemares from CCASA Architects Ltd, Zebra worked for developers Love Property Ltd to create this modern, imaginative 2-bedroom new build eco house, built across ground and basement level adjacent to an existing 1960s house in Putney. Work included large areas of glazing, a bespoke floating staircase and a featured glass link between the new home and existing party wall, creating a journey through the history of the property. The exterior is softened by timber cladding and a wildflower green roof. Zebra worked to accommodate an existing Catalpa Tree in the garden and incorporated it into the project by creating bespoke elements to match the natural contours of the landscape.
