Zebra worked with Simpson Studio Architects very closely on this project, who undertook the entire design of this Grade II listed mews house in Holland Park.
Zebra were appointed to undertake an extensive refurbishment of the property. We stripped everything back to brickwork and reconfigured the layout internally including reinstating a parking space through the old coach house doors at the front. We replaced the roof lining and reinstalled the previously concreted over bottle balustrade to the front facade in line with Listed Building consent rules as well as restoring the original beams to the roof, however due to these restrictions, there was a limited amount we could do to improve the front facade.
Internally, extensive bespoke joinery was installed throughout as well as other high-end finishes including Marmarino plaster to main bathroom walls, underfloor heating throughout, complex tiling layouts and intricate lighting arrangements.
