ZPG achieved Planning Permission on behalf of the client and managed to extend onto an existing rear roof terrace to create an additional 150sqft of internal space. Full build drawings were created before the ZPG build team taking over to carry out a full property refurbishment. This included 2 new bathrooms, a bespoke kitchen, the removal of 4 chimney breast, installation of timber sash windows and multiple sky lights. ZPG were also responsible for Party Wall & Structural Engineer negotiations and subsequently manage the property for the client.
